These Terms & Conditions govern your use of icarexstore.shop and purchases from iCareX Store ("we", "us"), located at 115 U.S. Hwy 27 S, Avon Park, FL 33825, United States. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell back covers for iPhone 15, 16, 17 and 18, vinyl stickers, custom-printed covers, custom doodle designs and corporate logo covers. Product images are illustrative; minor color variation between screen and print is normal and not a defect.

2. Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after our phone confirmation call to the number you provide.
  • Bulk discounts (10% / 20% / 30%) apply automatically based on quantity at checkout.
  • Corporate logo covers require a minimum order of 25 pieces.
  • We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or cannot be confirmed by phone.

3. Custom & corporate designs

  • You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any artwork, logo or design you submit.
  • Production of custom orders begins only after you approve the digital proof we send you.
  • Approved custom/printed items are final sale except for manufacturing defects (see Refund & Return Policy).

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We accept Cash on Delivery only — the full order total is payable in cash when your package arrives. We never request credit card or bank details. Shipping charges, where applicable, are confirmed by phone before dispatch.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shared during the confirmation call. Risk passes to you upon delivery of the parcel to the address you provided.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, graphics, our logo and generated imagery) is the property of iCareX Store and may not be reused without written permission. "iPhone" is a trademark of Apple Inc.; iCareX Store is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
